主线：召唤杀机。支线：1.恶魔的种子、2.真・不给糖就捣蛋、3.坑儿子、4.精神病人之致命口哨、5.罪与罚、6.第一诫：这世上没鬼、7.反节气者、8.网络惊魂。与第一部一样，多个各不相干的故事集合成《致命录像带》的味道！PS：第二个故事背景比较特别属于某种病毒爆发，世界大乱！ —— EVA_征服天堂

比第一部乱多了，熊孩子和电梯略好 —— обломов
和致命录像带完全一个路子，90分钟，8个短故事和1个穿线故事，时长和质量都参差不齐，第四个故事电梯的最好看，第五个时长才3分钟最短，第六个20分钟最长，第八个西语的恐怖故事也还行，莫名其妙下了个德语配音的凑合看了，不过这版画幅是全的，而r站上的web版画幅被上下裁切掉了 —— mills
三星都给电梯那个故事，扩成长片会更精彩，第一个特效还行，其他都没头没尾的，还好几乎是10分钟一个故事，不会难看到考验耐性。 —— 轻风羽
